We had a big work event and Bayou Bluegrass was wonderful to work with. Responsive to all questions and needs and willing to improvise things on the fly to make sure everything kept running smoothly. And all the food was spectacular!

Great food, extremely professional, friendly staff, and most of all, flexible! We had our wedding caterer cancel one week prior to the wedding and Bayou Bluegrass saved the day.
