Female employee at counter touching/grabbing everything with her gloved hand including her face, the sides of the cases, countertops, boxes, donuts, everything. At 1 point the manager talked to her about something and she rolled her eyes and refused to look at him when he was speaking to her. Just left with my small order of a peach drink and stuffed bagel minis. I had to pull forward to wait a couple minutes for the bagel bites. Not sure what the wait was about because they were cold to the touch out of the bag and frozen cream cheese in the middle. I don’t have time to fight lex traffic to go get it fixed or my money back, so that’s a bummer. Disappointing.

I visited this establishment, and I was very disappointed. I make 2 trips to dunkin a day, sometimes more. I'm gonna give an example of what light cream looks like. Also the color Carmel, which when added to coffee, darkening coffee.Iced coffee to be exactly the type. Coffee is dark brown, Carmel color darkens coffee more.ICED COFFEE, ABSOLUTELY should NEVER be almost white, or beige, or light, unless 10 cream is added to it..
