“I was really surprised by how good the food was. It's been a while since I been to Hardee's so I was a bit reluctant to try their food again. The chicken tenders are really good and the curly fries are excellent. They might even be better than Arby's curly fries.

The service was phenomenal. The lady who took care of us (I wish I could remember her name) was so nice and sweet.

If I am ever in Lexington again, I will definitely return to this Hardee's.“

“Stopped in for breakfast had 40+ people in a tourbus they had taken every ones order in 15 minutes and in about another 10 we all had our food! “Everything was great and my family enjoyed our meal. Staff was friendly and the dining room was clean. My only issue was the gluten free bun. It wasn't the greatest but I know its not really their fault, most gluten free breads aren't that good. I still ate the burger though.“

“The best deal around anywhere, especially for fish, is two pieces of fish, fries, two hush puppies for $6.35 including the tax. Grat tasting fish, which I am sure is the north Atlantic cod. Fried always piping hot.

“This is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. It was my first time at MOD Pizza, and the staff were incredibly patient, walking me through how to build my own pizza step by step. The service was also impressively fast.

The pizza itself was absolutely delicious, and the price is surprisingly low for what you get. It’s hard to believe you can have unlimited toppings at such a great value.

“I have loved Blaze pizza since there was one on UK‘s campus at the corner of Lime and Pine. I miss them terribly. Today I decided to drive clear across town to eat at the one at the Summit. It did not disappoint. I love that you can build your own pizza, plus they have green olives. None of the major pizza joints or chains have green olives. Blaze also has Coke instead of Pepsi, which bumps it up on my list. The manager on duty was named Shirley and she made sure the experience was a good one from the time you walked in until the time you left. The staff was very attentive and engaged us to the point of telling us about the specials. I got a half pizza and a drink deal and my son got a build your own 11 inch. Both were delicious. We will be driving clear across town more often because it is my new favorite pizza.“

“Since every penny counts right now, I treated myself to breakfast with a coupon 2 egg cheese bacon biscuit sandwiches for $3.99. 1 for now and 1 for later. When I pulled up I was greeted with "What would you like to order?" irritated tone. Thinking this woman is having a bad day I ordered and pulled up to the window with a smile. She states my total and I say Hello and hand her my coupon with my card. I saw that she read it and put it in her cash register. I get my drink and food, my card and "Here have a nice day" in a monotone voice. I said "Thank you have a great day." again with a smile. When I got to park to sit and eat, I noticed my receipt said the full price of my items, no coupon discount. My first reaction was "Well she was kinda rude AND didn't take my coupon I'll never go there again." I had to go to work so I was about to think about it. After work I went down to see if I could speak with a manager and just let them know what happened. I spoke to Dallas, the night manager on duty. I told him of the situation and we agreed that he would just refund me the discount amount. Which I was fine with, however he came back with the full amount. "I was just thinking about your first experience with us and I hate that this was it so I'm refunding the whole amount in hopes you come back coupon or not." I was a little shocked 😲 but thankful that people still know how to customer service. So thank you to Dallas for changing my mind & turning around my experience. I'll see ya next time!“

This last time was a completely different experience. Not just from this location, or a taco bell, but all of fast food in general. Some 18yo kid had the kindest voice and was so polite. The hospitality just seemed to be natural. That alone blew my mind. On top of that, I got exactly what I ordered, and in a timely manner. I don't know who's running this joint, or who hired that kid, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Fast food is fast food. We grab it and go and deal with the crap. And the employees do too. It's a crap job, for low pay. But this kid....y'all better figure out how to keep him and make him top dog some day“
