Horrible Service!!!! Waitress was not personable & very uninformative about the meal and portion sizes!! Food was mediocre at best!!! Our table was a cheap plywood table with cracks! Our view during our entire dinner was the weight staff going in and out Black double doors and right next to our table they were wash washing glasses!

This place is always AMAZING! Great menu options, outstanding food quality, and a very nice venue and ambiance in the heart of Lexington. The maitre d' is the best I've ever seen - very professional, yet personable and very hands-on. He manages every detail of the operation and seems to be able to be in all places at all times, working hard to ensure every patron has a perfect experience. It's always a pleasure to eat at Frank & Dino's in Lexington. Truly OUTSTANDING!

Chicken something needed sauce! ... I didn't enjoy....

Veal dish was weirdly sour tasting. Would not recommend. Couldn’t eat the endive salad due to bitterness, and tomatoes weren’t ripe at all. The gnocchi was good, and our server was good. Overall an overpriced dining experience for our anniversary dinner. Wouldn’t go back.

Love the ambiance and comfort of the restaurant. We had an issue with the red sauce on the appetizer, my mom just can't eat it. So instead of the sauce on the side, which we had asked, it was plated as usual and then switched to a clean plate instead of made fresh...making this $18 dish cold, soggy and my mom pretty upset. It was tasty, even with the sogginess and cool temp. She grew happy when she had the best calamari ever. My Fagottini Sinatra was ok, not my favorite Italian dish ever. All in all, may try it again sometime.

We went for a late lunch before the UK basketball game. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Frank and Dino's is one of the best restaurants in downtown Lexington.

We had lunch on 2-24-24 . My friend ordered off the brunch menu and I had the veal scallopini. Everything was delicious. I ordered a glass of a super Tuscan wine and my friend had a bloody mary. Our server was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Well, I've been hearing a lot about Frank and Dino's so me and Friend decided to go check them out. It's a nice place. When it comes to the menu, it's OK they are very pricey, which is OK as well until you see the portions you get. You're basically paying a huge sum of money for this gigantic plate that you can't finish. We had a waiter and I think his name was Billy or something older gentleman. He was nice and rude at the same time . He seemed very annoyed to be there. The food was OK but I don't think the food was that great . The drakes were insanely overpriced and weren't that good . I feel like that if I wanted to get a better meal, I should've just left the restaurant and just to Dudleys or the lockbox . Will I or anyone else I know we going back to Frank and Dino's honestly absolutely not. Also, our waiter kept us waiting for a long time and we watched them. I don't think he liked us. When it came to the bill, I didn't see the tip area first on the receipt. he showed me the tip that I had to pay. So I humored him because I don't think that he thought that I had any money.

I thought the atmosphere was very nice especially the Sinatra music. The food was good but not great. I had the Frank and Dinos salad but did not like it with balsamic dressing and it's expensive. I had the gnocchi and had to had protein. My overall experience is it was good but way overpriced. They have a very ooor selection of beers as well.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered the lobster ravioli, overpriced and overrated. Tasted like a worse version of the lobster bisque and lobster ravioli from Trader Joe's. And it was $48... our server barely attended to our table. Out bread wasn't brought out until after we finished our entrees. My husbands chicken parm was okay, but he said he has had better at many other establishments. They seemed to be rushing us from the restaurant. The staff appeared to attend to other tables more than us. Left us to speculate if it was because we were a young interracial couple. Not a good look.

We had heard such good things about this restaurant we were excited to try it. Unfortunately right from the start it wasn't what we expected. First, we stood at the host stand while 3 employees stood there talking amongst themselves not even acknowledging us. Once seated, it felt like they couldn't turn the table over fast enough. The food was ok, big portions quantity over quality though.

It was lovely! Our server was so sweet and accommodating. We told her we wanted to take our time and felt completely unrushed. The food was delicious and the portions are huge! We appreciated the wine recommendations from the house sommelier.
