Love the ambiance and comfort of the restaurant. We had an issue with the red sauce on the appetizer, my mom just can't eat it. So instead of the sauce on the side, which we had asked, it was plated as usual and then switched to a clean plate instead of made fresh...making this $18 dish cold, soggy and my mom pretty upset.It was tasty, even with the sogginess and cool temp. We went for a late lunch before the UK basketball game. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Frank and Dino's is one of the best restaurants in downtown Lexington.

This place is always AMAZING! Great menu options, outstanding food quality, and a very nice venue and ambiance in the heart of Lexington. The maitre d' is the best I've ever seen - very professional, yet personable and very hands-on. He manages every detail of the operation and seems to be able to be in all places at all times, working hard to ensure every patron has a perfect experience. It's always a pleasure to eat at Frank & Dino's in Lexington. Truly OUTSTANDING!
