Oh my goodness, the grilled cheese paired with tomato bisque was an absolute delight, and the cookie dough was nothing short of amazing! This place is a true haven of deliciousness and delight.

Excellent food and friendly staff. One of the best menus I've seen at a pub. The entire staff seems like family and enjoys being there as much as you will.

I go to blue stallion every now and again but hadn't had the opportunity to try salt and vinegar until recently. Everything always looks so good and the presentation has always been impressive when I've been camped out at blue stallion. The pretzel and pimento cheese was so stinking good I'd go back just for that. The nachos either needed lime, salt or both to give them depth. But, I will def be back to try out other things on the menu. For hard of hearing folks: the sound in blue stallion dramatically varies depending on how busy it is. I'd highly recommend off hours to try it out, we caught the tail end of the dinner rush this time and we were ok since we sat outside.

Best kept surprise in Lexington! The food (Salt & Vinegar) is amazing! Really, top-notch! We had the spätzle and cant wait to try more. The cocktails are great, and the drafts, of course. The people were super nice, knowledgeable about the menu, and helpful. What a great spot and somewhere that hit the top quality bell. We'll be back often... compliments to the chef(s)! And still hoping to find the brews (Ethereal) in stores!

Awesome Fries! Bourbon drinks were exceptional and service was top notch. Super cool old building with lots of charm.

Stopped in on a Saturday for an early lunch. Service was great. Drinks were delish (blueberry muffin sour amd cocktail). Food was amazing (had the burger and fish and chips- not your average food). The ambience definitely had a pub feel. Looking forward to trying their dinner menu next time we come back.

Food was awesome! Loved that it is a farm to table menu. The staff was kind and attentive.

A really good partnership of chef and brewer. I started off with Muffinman - a blueberry muffin sour which was pretty darn tasty and carried its 6.5% ABV very well. They had a lunchtime happy hour that extended to weekends, so the beer was cheap and the food from the pub menu was discounted. Had their burger, fries and nachos which yielded no complaints.

If you like beer, go for it.They have 2 locations with different menus. They serve the branch on Sunday. I recommend you try chicken wings. I wouldn't say I liked their fish and chips because it was catfish.

Everything homemade! Best burger served on a homemade pretzel bun! So delicious! The decor was old school pub feeling.

Amazing food. We read the super Yelp reviews and gave it a try. So glad we did. We will be back if we are ever passing through Lexington again.

Great environment and good drinks. The food left me unimpressed. I asked for well done, not burnt on the outside and raw on the inside!
