Walked in, wasn’t busy, ordered a Grande Decaf w/ 3/4 almond milk and 6 pumps of cane syrup. Walk out to catch my ride. Coffee was lukewarm, literally a splash of almond milk , it tasted very bitter as if I was given the end of the coffee vs Fresh! It wasn’t hot at all and didn’t taste any sweetness from the syrup. For it not to be busy, this had to be worst coffee I’ve had from Starbucks. I called 3 times and no one answered. Yesterday I had this same exact order at the downtown location and gave a gracious thanks to the young lady who made my drink bc it was absolutely perfect, but the summit location made me waste my money. I would like a refund.

Service - First the staff is nice enough and always seem to be doing something. ! But they are strapped by process failure. It's not the people- it's the process. They never have time to greet you or make service decisions because of the stringent process and overload of app and drive thru orders. For example I waited 10 minutes (normal) for a grande hot coffee which was already brewed and sitting behind the cashier. They could have just poured and handed it to me with a good day and thank you. I don't always order ahead in the "app" because it's just so impersonal. Would love it if a new shop opened near The Summit focused on the customer - they'd have my loyalty If you go there in the am - use the app and don't expect anyone to have time to say hello. Lastly the coffee is just ok

i went through the drive thru around 11:30 on 7/19 - the brsg oat shaken espresso was perfect!! we also got a pup cup and the girl working the window put little stickers on the cups and it was so cute! i always have a good experience at the summit starbucks :)

I went through the drive thru. They were very rude, didn’t even read my order off. They got my drink completely wrong. They got my food wrong. Most horrible experience I’ve had at a Starbucks

I just went through the drive thu. I was supposed two white mochas I ended up with two cups of hot milk. This is probably the nastiest white mocha I have ever gotten. A waste of $12. I feel like we got cheated because they were closing soon. They should have just said they couldn't make it.
