I ordered the 99 grand slam ham. It says double meat and double cheese. I ended up with 1/2 meat and normal cheese. Could see thru the ham it was so little. A normal ham sub has twice as much meat as this did.They are ripping off their customers.

First of all I'm very disappointed in my order because I specifically explained I would like my sandwiches cut in quarters and then said 4X pieces in parentheses to make sure that they knew what I meant, and also I asked for EXTRA napkins under special instructions that was not done (I didn't get ANY AT ALL!). Secondly the churros had practically no sugar or cinnamon on them literally they had about 10% of the sugar and cinnamon that they should have had on them (maybe) ...it was like eating a stick of deep fried dough and were hard and tough and greasy and gross. Lastly my sandwich I asked for extra lettuce and there was very very minimal lettuce like maybe one or two pieces of shredded lettuce per bite I am very disappointed "VERY!" Also I ordered the double turkey double cheese Titan and it had less turkey and cheese than a regular turkey sandwich does I couldn't believe it and I paid a lot of money for this sandwich ridiculous completely ridiculous and I'm going to be honest and let you know that I believe it's due to a language barrier where I speak English living in America and these people that are running these subways don't even speak enough English to be able to read online your order let alone speak or hear you saying what you want in the store I've struggled many many times going into this local Subway to get what I need or want it's ridiculous!!!!! I am beginning to loose all faith in Subway and it literally used to be my favorite fast food restaurant for like 20 years!!! No more. I've had it!!!!! .....NOT TO MENTION THE HARD AF COOKIES THE LAST COUPLE TIMES I'VE BEEN THERE. LIKE, DUDE "NO!!!" NOBODY EATS HARD COOKIES OR BURNT BREAD. WE AMERICANS LIKE OUR FRESH BAKED FOOD SOFT!!!!!!!!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!! GRRRR.... I'M SO AGGRAVATED ABOUT THIS STORE AND ABOUT SUBWAY IN GENERAL. N I'M NORMALLY FAR FROM BEING A KAREN OR A COMPLAINER. ??? And although I do recommend the pretzel, it was still hard and burnt on the edges.

First and foremost- we had to ask to take bottled cokes because MOLD came out of the ice machine. I’m glad I looked before I got my drink. Ordered 2 foot long sandwiches with chicken and cheese and some toppings. One was $10 and the other was $12. I am not sure why there was a $2 price difference. Two sandwiches and 2 fountain cokes was nearly $30. I would not recommend this place.

While the prices are absolutely insane, the employees have no control over inflation, and they are more than willing to accept coupons. I suggest using the app to avoid any miscommunication with ingredients/deals. I've gotten a pick-up order the last 3 times I went, and the same woman was there every time working her butt off! I originally gave this location a bad review about 2 years ago, but I think management has changed. The workers are kind women and very patient/willing to work with you. They deserve a lot of credit for their effort.

I went on the app to contact subway because they gave me some gnat infested food and the bread was super hard they didn’t put cheese on my sandwich and all they message me is thank you for your feedback I let my team know I would not recommend here unless you want bugs in your sandwich and no refund I wish I still had sandwich so I could show proof ??

$20 for a sandwich drink chips and cookie. The bread was hard and ingredients seemed less than fresh. Golden Coral is $11 and can eat steak at Logan's for this much. Will not be back!This store sucks. They don't answer the phone and canceled my order even though it was placed an hour and a half before they closed. Canceled with no notice.

All right, so I have to write this review again still had trouble calling getting any answers. They never pick up the phone still. I go in today to pick up an order. Do you know how to give them another chance. I don’t have that great of hearing so it was a little hard to understand them. I went to go pick out chips and I didn’t hear that. They said a specific brand for me to get that that person ordered so I picked out another chip on accident, and they started yelling at me to pick the brand that was ordered even though I didn’t hear them say it they also came out from behind the food counter and watched me to make sure I got the drink that was ordered. I felt very uncomfortable and they were very rud

We accidentally placed an order for this restaurant and called over 30 times trying to get someone to answer us. Twice someone actually DID answer the phone just to hang up on us. Would not recommend.

4/28/23 around Noon I was denied an order of 2 scoops of steak only. I’ve gotten this order several times before from other employees in which it comes out to around $3.30. I even showed the employee a photo of a receipt I took showing how they can charge for meat only but he insisted that it can’t be done when in fact it’s feasible. They’re still selling the product and saving on bread and other veggies. Do better.
