We love Taj. Used to go weekly, but now that we've moved we even make special trips to lex just for it. The owners are amazing people, the food is delicious, and the portion size for price is spot on!Shahi paneer korma is my absolute favorite and the garlic Naan is to die for.

I have been a vegetarian for almost 60 years. Indian and Thai are my favorite foods to go out for. I live at the far end of town from Taj, but the food is worth the drive. I must pass several Indian restaurants to get there and it is worth it. Several of the reviewers on this site are probably connected to other local Indian restaurants and therefore give poor reviews. That is a shame.

I am making this a combined review for options of in person, by phone and online. In person, the customer service is great and the food is great. Online, I could not order because when I put my credit card information online, it gave me a buffering circle. So that means the only way to place an order for pick up is through either phone call or in person. I tried calling the number and it went straight to voicemail, where it stated that the voice mailbox is full. These two other options for ordering, online and by phone are not bad ways of ordering; however, if they are offering these as options, they should be working flawlessly.

I love pakora, and this was one of the best I’ve ever had. Very generous portion. The eggplant main dish was also very good.Service was very nice. The host and the server were both very friendly and helpful.Vegetarian options: I was pleasantly surprised about the menu’s organization, which listed the vegetarian options in their own prominent section. Most restaurants kind of hide them. And there were so many.I will have to go back and try some more. I love this place. It is spacious and clean.

Got biriyani. One of the worst biriyani ever had that lacked flavor and full redish in color.

Very very expensive restaurant. Their fix veg thali is 35.99 which is price of unlimited buffet at high end restaurant. The menu is confusing as it says Veg thali(2 person) so I thought it is for 2 thali 35.99$ which is insane.Never going back for it.

Food tasted just fine, but was lacking flavor compared to other Indian restaurants here. The prices were also cheaper though so might have something to do with it. Not our go-to for Indian food but still a great choice.
