I tired place a catering order last week and was told to call today and they would be able to accommodate my order. When I called today they said they cannot accommodate my order because they might run out of food for their in person guests and there is nothing they can do. They said I could order take out tomorrow just not catering. I was treated so rudely and have never experienced such terrible management, training, and business processes.
