His ribs are so tender & meaty that they literally come off the bone, and yes you can enjoy the favor with or without the sauce. Not to mention his homemade vegetables, DELICIOUS well worth your Money & Time. ??
Truck driver with some down time walked across street to try. Met immediately with warm smiles and amazing smells. Order was brought out surprisingly quickly. Had a warm chat with owners and headed back to my truck and enjoyed one of the best lunches in awhile. Ribs were full of smoky flavor and the salmon croquette was amazing. Praying I get back through here again soon so I can have it again!!

The owner and his staff are very friendly. The restaurant is really clean on the inside. The first time I ordered, I got a rib tip dinner with greens and Mac and cheese. The second time, I only ordered rib tips and one of the staff asked me did I want sides. I told them no because I had sides at home. I let them know that the Mac and cheese was not so great and the owner came out and apologized for that and gave me a free slice of cake to make up. I thought that was really nice...read full review
