Poor customer service. I ordered a family meal at the drive through this evening, order was incomplete plus no sauces. I was far away and already at home when I opened the two bags. Called the restaurant because I was disappointed and the woman on the phone didn’t want to accept their mistake. At the very end she apologized but never offered a discount or something for the inconvenience. Poor management and I understand now why the other captain d are closing down near by. Last time I placed an order, it came with no napkins. Seems that your team members need to be re trained Plus i found a hair in my fish dinner, unbelievable. I am bald.
