I love the food and the main cashier lady, I really wish I knew her name. She’s always so kind and sweet to me, and she always compliments on my makeup and it just makes me get a big smile on my face. (I’m goth, so it means a lot)Food is always so good and fresh, I love the main Philly cheesesteak. Just so warm and the cheese is so gooey, just delicious!
I'm updating a recent review where I had a bad experience with using a promotional punch card. Let me tell you that the owner contacted me and made things right. I can't tell you how much that means in a time where customer service doesn't seem to matter. Well, it matters to Charleys and we are forever customers.

Friendly, but rushed. Very opinionated on my friend's choice of wanting extra teriyaki sauce. Loved the ultimate fries, but the KY bourbon Cheesesteak wasn't great. I did like the sauce and the fried onions, but the rest just wasn't that great. This was at the Greater Columbus OH convention
