Wait time short, got here on a Wednesday around 6:50, ordered our food and got it not even 10 minutes later. Staff was very nice, shakes not too thick but also not too soft! Prices are still insanely low even after inflation so you get a good deal
The butterfinger milkshake was not very good. I don't know what makes it "premium", it didn't come with whipped cream like the picture showed. There was plenty of crushed up butterfinger in the shake but was still lacking flavor. I guess I'll just stick to the cones when we go there.
