“I was surprised to see such a low rating here. I travel for work and visited this Dunkin. My drink tasted the best it ever has. I got bacon and it was perfect, not too crunchy and not too soft. I was greeted when I entered and thanked as I left. This is the best Dunkin experience I've had.“
“I was surprised at how good the breakfast sandwich was. The price was high but not bad considering how much everything else is. The service at this location was mixed. I did not enjoy the drive through service but the next day the service at the counter was good. This is not in the best neighborhood but the store was clean and staff friendly.“
“Loved my frozen caramel coffee. The Newburg & Fern Creek locations have started charging extra for the whip creme, but this location (Shelbyville Rd) does not. There is new management at the other 2 location & have suddenly raised their prices, per the employess. I will go out of my way to use this location from now on. Thank you, Shelbyville location. ???“
“I have read a lot of these reviews saying how rude the workers are, I've been coming here for about 8 months and I had switched from the FernValley location because they just kept serving me warm milk which for $10 a day I can get that at home much cheaper! I order 2 large hot chai lattes every day, The Preston location got it right every time and would cut up with me and were just generally friendly. There were days when they were busy that it was just a risk but I hey that, I'm super sad to see they closed with no warning! I'd love to know why so if anyone had this info please let me know.“
“I ordered the new pumpkin munchkins ,they were absolutely delicious and she gave me 5 instead of 3. I've read alot of read a lot of reviews of the lady working being rude. Maybe I just had a different person but she was very kind to me.“
“This is honestly my go-to Preferably weekdays in the morning. The team, generally are great at keeping up orders, between mobile and walk-in, it can get a bit jumbled during conferences, events but in general I'm a mobile order, in and out type of person and my drink is right every time. The customer service is good, there are days where it's not awesome and you get a few messed up orders, attitudes, but overall it's consistent. The atmosphere of the place has gone down just with certain types of people, I used to sit down for hours and do homework, now you can barely walk in the door without someone asking you for something. Overall, for downtown, it's my go-to coffee spotDietary restrictions: There are non-dairy options available for drinks.“
