I come here for the cheese danish. I grew up on cheese danish from a Portuguese bakery in Connecticut. The cheese danish here at Heitzman’s are delicious and the closest I have ever come to my childhood danish.

We stopped on our way from Glasgow to IN for my husband’s knee surgery. I placed an order for cookies during our drive up to share with the hotel and surgery staff.
