Beef ribs had a strong but not overwhelming smoke flavor, and were cooked nearly perfectly. These are not as heavily seasoned and a bit smaller than the ones typical for Texas but they give you two for a very reasonable price. Sides were large portions so plan appropriately ;)
Today, I visited this location with my team from work. The food was amazing. I tried the pulled chicken, pulled pork, smoked sausage and brisket sliders. I also got a side of fries and baked beans. Starting with the sliders, they were all delicious. The pulled pork slider was quite tender. It was more tender than the pulled chicken. This is some pretty impressive BBQ! The homemade potato salad with their homemade mustard, the best sausage and meatloaf sliders. But the big hidden gem was the smoked wings that needed no sauce at all. The sever Knox is amazing. Reading the reviews he must not have too many bad days at work. A must try if in the area.
