“I like this Papa Johns location. I've been ordering from there for ten years since 2013. The people who work there are usually nice and the food has always been good. I usually get pizza there about once per week. The last month, 3 of the 4 pizzas I ordered weren't good at all. On two of them the dough wasn't proofed, and on another it was undercooked. Its never been this inconsistent. If I hadn't been ordering there for so long, I would give 1 star. I'm hoping someone sees this and addresses the issue with the dough, how its prepped, and how is cooked. I'm hoping the quality gets back to good.“
“This is the fastest and best delivery in the whole South end. The driver is always friendly and double checks the order to make its. They always go above and beyond. I've ordered from everywhere in the south end of louisville and this is by far the best most friendly and accurate restaurant around to order from. Keep up the good work guys!!!“

“Josh is the bees knees in this a part of town. He should be training managers globally on great customer service and creating an inviting atmosphere. I could hang out and have a few beers with this guy. AND he runs the place like a well oiled machine. Watching the employees work let's you know he's trained them well. “Im from out of town so i didnt know what to expect from anywhere in this town. I came in and ordered a small order of thier cheese sticks. I asked the man if he could add pepperoni to them he kindly said he could not. I kindly understood because i know this is thier policy but i figure why not ask always, maybe someone will say yes someday. They used to all the time. But anyway. Its ok I do still like the cheesesticks just as much anyway. But the pepperoni make them much better. Onto to the nitty gritty I must say this is hands down the best Papa Johns location. I've ever been to.The nice guys working there were awesome and they really go the extra mile to take very good care of your orders. And will make each item as you wish so that it tastes just right. They truly do. They make my cheese sticks out of this world. Thanks guys. They were quite delicious. And perfect. Just the way I like them.“
“Located just off the road, pretty visible from quite a distance. There is adequate parking. The process of making an order was quite efficient and they provided exact change. My order was ready in 8 minutes. The pizza was great as you should expect from Papa John's.“

“Pizza put me in the emergency room not 1 time but 2 times. They must have bad virus in there or their toppings are bad. It almost killed me. “I recently started ordering from here, within the last 2 months. And I have to say having read all the previous reviews, I'm thinking everything has been improved upon. I say this because everything has been exactly as I had ordered 100% spot on, forgetting nothing, and delivered extremely quickly. I'm very happy with the quality and I'm guessing things have changed based upon the previous negative reviews! I'm very happy and I'm a real person LOL. I order about twice a week and have not been disappointed not once within the last 2 to 3 months.“
“Ordered my pizza and ended up picking up after 11:30. This was my first time at this location so I thought I would be able to walk in and pick up my pizza. Unfortunately only the drive through was open. I ended up having to wait 20 minutes but when I got to the window staff was super nice. For them to be as busy as they were they were very patient as got me out of there pretty quick. I like my pizza super hot so I did have to warm it up by the time I got home but that was the best pizza I've had by any papa johns in the louisville area.“
“I very seldom order pizza any more because I can't afford it. When I have ordered it from this Papa John's the food has always been hot and good when it was delivered. Their drivers have always been friendly. Their delivery time is usually around 30-45 minutes.“
“I have never had an issue with this location. They have been consistent and I like earning the papa dough points online. So I always make an order online and pick it up in store. The quality has always been pretty good and I have never regretted ordering here. I prefer getting their Vegetarian Pizza and I like their crust with some garlic sauce.“
“Staff is always nice on pick up. Delivery pretty fast and drivers are nice. Pizza is good, stay away from the chicken. Specialty pizzas are great but a bit overpriced. Employees should be wearing gloves to make pizza since they are also working cash register. That little detail always makes me think twice about ordering from here.“
