The guy cooking was amazing! He's so talented & fast! I observed him prepare 9 orders in a matter of minutes, less than 5 minutes! Great atmosphere, employees & my sandwich was fantastic! This was our of my way but worth the drive after my experience at Penn Station on Shelbyville Road near Trader Joe's.
I hadn't been to this location in a while, and I was really disappointed in how dirty the restaurant was. There was dust and dirt everywhere. I saw three different patrons tell the staff that the ketchup dispenser was out, and the staff did nothing. The food tasted fine, but I won't be going back anytime soon.

Finally, new management & employees ! When I first started going here, it was pretty good, but then went downhill very fast. I quit going for quite a while. My husband is from Philly & really misses his chicken cheesesteaks. Went in a week ago & decided to try it again. Much to my surprise they had a whole new team, from top to bottom.
