It's #ThankYouThursday in YelpLand -- the day set aside for especially thanking local businesses via reviews -- and I wanted to give one of my TYT shout-outs to the new Quills Coffee that just opened up on Brownsboro Road. I wandered in yesterday to find this new shop buzzing with lots of patrons. I love the mix of high tops for working with tables inside and outside geared toward talking. Quills is new to Brownsboro Rd and it's a welcome treat. I love their iced lattes, especially the salted bourbon or lavender flavors. They release a menu of 4-5 options each season which you'll see at the front counter. My family grab pastries, including a croissant, blueberry muffins and cranberry orange scone (yum!).
