The food is 10/10 hands down! We had Shack in the Back cater our wedding and again 10 OUT OF 10! Love everything about this place and the southern hospitality from start to finish. The tasting was great, the owner did that herself, she was very kind and easy to talk to. Her right hand women was very kind as well when we dropped off our remaining balance. They just went above and beyond and we appreciated that more than anything. Thank you.
Cannot recommend Shack in the Back enough. We have been fans of their food and service for years, and when we were looking for caterers for our wedding we were thrilled to have them. They were prompt, helpful, and everything was wonderful. We went before the wedding and we still return for turkey ribs and pulled pork.

The service is always great, but the food is top notch!!! They’ve catered my two Daughters weddings, and have done a wonderful job. Everyone loves the pork barbecue, but the favorite is the loaded mashed potato’s.
