Unable to take mobile orders, which adds to ridiculous lines, despite a huge mobile order pickup sign. The team created an expedited just coffee line for those who didn't need extra drink preparation. I appreciated the thought.
The worst Starbucks I have ever set foot in. The staff aren’t just inattentive, they are simply incompetent. They all just walk around aimlessly and it often looked like 2 or 3 people were completely lost. After 30 minutes of waiting I received probably the worst coffee I have ever tasted.

Attitude of workers in this location is incredibly disappointing. No one can own customer service, they glare at you and act shocked if you ask a question. They are slow, food was cool and the coffee I ordered wasn't correct. I always think it's going to better 'the next time' I come to this specific location and it just is not.
