I went to the Castle on 7th st first. There was ONLY 1 person working on the whole building. There has been NO inside service for months. Only drive-thru. White Castle need to SHUT THUS STORE DOWN. Terrible service. However I did go to the Castle on Dixie Highway and Greenwood Road. GREAT service, NICE employees. GREAT hamburgers. We will be back. Thanks......
The counter person wasn't the most pleasant but wasn't rude either.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a flat level entryway that will make it easier to get in. It also has a spacious area so that a wheelchair may sit at any table and dine in, if preferred.
