“The blueberry pastry was very flavorful, light, and airy. I had a hot bourbon carmel cappuccino that had a great taste as well. It could have been hotter, but it took nothing away from Battlefield Coffee.The fact it was established for the Battle of Mill Springs is awesome. A definite place to stop if you're in the area or visiting the battlefield sites.”

“The Best Pizza Around!! Lot's of Toppings, Crispy Crust, and the Fried Breaded Mushrooms never make it home when I do take out!! Bread sticks are Delicious and you can add toppings to them!! “Out of the way, since Nancy. But certainly worth the short drives to and fro. Big fan of the enchiladas rancheros…that pork is something else. Of all the Mexican joints in the county, this one usually comes through, never a poor or bad experience here. No alcohol is served here if that’s important to you.”

“A very nice experience! Lunch menu had good selection. Crab appetizer sauce and fresh lump crabmeat was just delicious. Our fish sandwich was one of the best we have ever had and that includes Florida trips. Beautiful venue, great service, and quality food have us talking about what we will order on our next visit.”

“Gives you family owner vibe from the sign to the inside. The name "Master Doughnut" is very fitting because they make simple doughnuts great! They're very light and fluffy. They put just enough icing on them. I personally wouldn't mind more but it's definitely enough. One cool thing is if you want a filled doughnut, they fill them with whatever you want when you order them. They had white icing, custard, lemon, raspberry, chocolate and maybe one more. Blueberry cake 9.5/10Strawberry iced 9/10Chocolate iced 8/10Doughnut holes 7/10Cookies and cream cookie 9/10Small spot with lots of options. Not only do they have doughnuts but they have breakfast sandwiches and coffee too. I'll be back to try more!”

“Came in at 3:00 closing time just to be sure that the hours weren’t wrong on Google Maps. The host was friendly and welcoming, inviting us in despite the time, since he still had food on the buffet. It was not fresh, which could be expected, but was still warm enough and very tasty. The host explained to us what everything was on the buffet, and brought out fresh naan and chai to the table. An excellent experience. I will be coming back again, probably quite often in the future. It’s probably been ten years since I have had genuine Indian food.Vegetarian options: At the buffet, I asked the host which options were meatless and he was glad to explain what each dish was and what it contained. I couldn’t tell you the names of the meatless dishes but the host should be willing to help.”

“First time Baxter's customer, from South Florida. I was in town visiting my daughter in Somerset and she brought me here. Loved the atmosphere. Although there are many, every Baxter's feels different, but you can expect the same great coffee and food. I'm a Dunkin and Starbucks lover, but when I'm in Kentucky, you will find me at Baxter's now. Yum!”

“Everything we had was great. Pizza, wings, fries, etc. Also, we got the order delivered, and they had switched up one of the pizzas. I called and told them over the phone and they quickly righted the wrong by having the ordered pizza delivered separately, hot and fresh, with no charge for the food or delivery. Great service by putting the customer first. Highly recommended!”

“As a first time visitor here trying this ice cream shop, I am very impressed with the variety of flavors Gigi's ice cream parlor has. It was very good. And it's pretty cool to taste homemade Mexican ice cream, which is rare to experience this when you are not from Somerset, KY. I definitely recommend coming here and I will be back to get me a treat ?. If you do not know how the ice cream will taste to you, they will let you sample, which is a bonus point for me! Go stop by, you won't be disappointed!!!!! Such a cool place to try!”

They roast their own beans and sell all that world famous shops do at a competitive price and great customer service with a wide variety of choices! “We go to Guthrie's every once in a while. The food is pricey but usually pretty good. This visit was marginal. It was cold enough in the dining area that we didn't take off our coats. I noticed others that were also bundled up. Our server was clean, polite, and professional but kept wandering off, even though it was not busy at all. We were never offered water or bread and waited long periods between drink refills. My food was delicious - but just not as warm as I like so I asked to have it heated up (I assumed microwaved). The server took my plate to the kitchen and was gone again. My food came back out several minutes later.. and still was not very warm.Parking: They have 2 convenient parking spots reserved for Veterans and I appreciate that.”

“Judging by the full parking and long drive through lines, this place is popular. At 6pm only had one lane open at the drive through and the line got very long. You need to ask for ketchup with your fries or they don't include it here. And there was no toy in our kids meal. Food was good but the long wait and missing items were not good.”

“Local owned by the same family and with the same pride in their work as when it first started. Extremely good pizza and extremely reasonable priced. ESPECIALLY for the excellent quality that you get. Their meal deals can’t be beat for feeding a whole family. Plus their peppers that come with their pizza actually taste like a pepper and not rubber. I would have taken a picture of the beautiful pepperoni pizza I received on my order yesterday, but smelling all that goodness on the drive home, my mind was focused on getting it into my stomach ASAP. Order it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.”

“It was almost closing time I went through drive-thru got 2 chicken carbonara w extra bread sticks which are my favorite. The guy was super nice n attentive like they always are got my food it was great as usual. Wasn't there long at all there service is always fast n correct.”
