“I meet my sister on many Sundays at the Ft. Wright Kyle’s Ln. for breakfast. We usually seek out LaTosha. She is so efficient and friendly. We just enjoy seeing her and she sees us coming and asks as she seating us if it’s our usual drinks. My sister is going through some health issues and LaTosha always asks about how she’s doing.Even when it’s full, the wait is generally reasonable. Prices have gone up and we’re both on a fixed income. So this has decreased the frequency of our visits.The place is decorated nicely - homey and warm. There is another Frisch’s nearby that was redecorated and is rather austere, and chilly - both in ambiance and actual temperature. We’ve quit going there even though it’s better in-between site.“
“Ordered 3 breakfast sandwhichs and 2 orders of hashbrowns. Ordered one with extra ham. Got everything in one bag. Got home less than 1/2 mile down the road. By time got in house the cardboard boxes they put the hashbrowns in had collapsed hashbrowns everywhere. Sandwhich i paid extra for DID not have extra ham on it. Not worth time to drive back to complain would do no good so called bank and disputed charges so got free food“
“We ate here while in town for a late dinner on Saturday night and lunch on Sunday. We went back because the 5 year old said it was the best burger in the world. The prices are so reasonable. The food is delicious. The decor has not changed in 50 plus years so if this is important to you don’t stop. If good home cooking at a great price is what you are looking for stop by. We had pork tenderloin, burger, omelets, French toast, grotto and the fried chicken which all of them were delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. A good hidden gem.“
“Stopped by on our way to the airport. Marty was a great waitress. Service was fast and friendly! She brought out my onion rings & said she didn't like the way they were cooked. She told me better onion rings would be right out & they were. Food was hot & delicious! Thanks for the service Marty!“
“Went to eat with my friend Tara and she took me to this cozy gem hidden in Latonia, KY. The food was great and the atmosphere was so cool. I sat in the booth where Danny Devito and Robert Redford sat in to fix the movie "The Old Man and The Gun"“

“Mrs Kathy and Mrs Michelle are always so kind and helpful. This is the only restaurant that I don't have to check my bag to make sure I have everything before I leave. When I go through the drive through I never have to ask for ketchup, napkins ect they always already have it in the bag! They are always kind and polite.I really think Mrs Kathy lives there. Everytime I come if it's morning or afternoon she is there. Good workers are hard to find so I hope Frisch's is taking care of her!“

“The dining area is kept cleaned, which is a big deal for me. The employees here are very friendly. They check in on you at reasonable intervals. I ordered the spicy Big Boy with no pickles and fries. Everything came out perfectly. For my drink, I had the sweet tea. If I had known that it would come with a ton of ice, I’d ask for light ice. Other than that, everything was great.“
“Came here while out of town for a convention and would definitely revisit next time I’m in Newport!! Great food, lovely staff, and amazing prices!! Only downside is that the interior is a bit cramped so it wouldn’t be wheelchair accessible. However, there is outdoor seating that would definitely have enough room for a wheelchair!“
