I love there subs and sides. Always get greeted as soon as I walk in. Pice is a little expensive for a sub combo. Really wish they sold French fries or something else. The Italian sub is probably my favorite

I absolutely LOVE Firehouse Subs ! This place is awesome. They really listen when I ask for an order out of the norm and get it done quickly, with a smile.
The Hawaiian pork and slaw sandwich is the best thing on the menu!! Delicious! Had a long wait so had to deduct a star for that!

Food was alright just not put together with care. Main issue was the staff especially the cashier seemed to hate it there and wouldn’t return a smile or simple thank you or your welcome. Maybe see what’s with the staff and improve the culture so customers feel welcome to be there. Thank you.

If you want good food and service, Firehouse Subs in Nicholasville is the best! We use them for tailgates and they do an amazing job getting our order ready. Plus, the subs are delicious! When we eat in the restaurant is it so clean and again, the service is the best!

Im not sure who the gentlemen were who were building sandwiches on 8/18/23 at around 5 but they were outstanding. We like to order five or six and cut them up and share them, I told them that and they cut them up for me. They were packed with ingredients and really good. Friendly too. This is the kind of service that put firehouse on the map. Great job and thanks guys!!
