The line outside wrapped around the building and it was moving at a decent pace, but I chose to go in to place my order and use the restroom. It was very clean and the cashier was very polite.
I get the same order every time I order from here and every time they get a little confused about how I ask for each of my combos to be which it’s really not that hard all I ask for is for 2 of the combos to have no slaw with toast instead and the other one to be with no fries or slaw just extra toast and usually when I get to the window I get asked to repeat it to make sure they have correctly made it right and this time they didn’t.It’s cold outside and I get that so I...read full review

Disappointing experience with our take-out order today. We ordered two box combos, but both were missing coleslaw. We understand mistakes happen, but when we returned to inform them, they only provided one coleslaw, not two. The staff's response left a lot to be desired, making us feel unvalued as customers. A simple apology would have gone a long way.
