I always enjoy Red Robin but don't go too often since it is not that close to me. We were on the right side of town and decided to stop in. I will admit that the last couple times before this visit, the service has not been that great (likely COVID related), but this time it seemed to be back to normal. The burgers are always great. Billie was our server and she was amazing! The best server we had. She was so sweet and informative, gave us samples and was honest. This is the place to get a good burger and the sides, they are bottomless and you do not pay $4.50 for it and they taste GREAT.

I tried the burnt ends brisket burger. Personally I didn't like the 2 put together so I'd didn't finish it. However the customer service was above and beyond a group of 40 went in without notice. They had our food in and out before others were finished ordering in our team . Great job. ILL ALSO ADD THAT I DONT REMEMBER OUR WAITRESS NAME . HOWEVER IF SHE IS NOT HEAD OF THE SERVES myself being in restaurant mgt. I'd promote her. She placed a plan good strategy before seating up....read full review
