I just placed an order, waited in line for over 10 minutes, handed them my card, and then they told me that they didn’t actually have the food I ordered. They were out. I spent a majority of my life in the food service industry, and I was on my break getting lunch, and wasted it for literally nothing. Do better.

Really enjoy stopping in from time to time. Great place to eat with friends or family. When I'm in a hurry, there is never a wait inside or the drive through.
Only couple costumers are eating but takes forever for food to be made. Ridiculous how such a new place can go so low so fast. Desperately needs new management.

My fiancé and I have come here twice now, as it is still a relatively new Steak ‘n’ Shake location. We went through the drive-thru, and although it took a little extra time, the food was delicious, piping hot, and we appreciated the hardworking staff.The line in the drive-thru was long so we did wait a fair bit, maybe 20 minutes after ordering. When we got to the window, we could see they were clearly understaffed, and the lady at the window explained to us that our food was being made fresh to order. We told her not to worry! We could see they were all working their hardest, and told her not to stress. We really appreciated her transparency!I ordered their Garlic Burger with fries, and my fiancé got their Double Butter Burger with fries. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the fries were piping hot! We could definitely tell that were freshly fried. For dessert, I got their M&M dessert shake, which was also delicious, creamy and rich.This Steak ‘n’ Shake location could use a few more hands on deck, but the staff are doing their best and the food they’ve served us both times was all stellar!Parking: This location has a small free parking lot.

We went to the restaurant today and ate, and it took almost 15 minutes in the drive. Through to get our food when we got our food. The order was not even correct. The Burger smelled rotten. They had to remake our food. And now we are sick from it. I would not recommend this restaurant to a dying dog. Please beware. Do not take any of your family if you do not want them to be sick

Pretty depressing experience. There were 3 employees working their hardest to keep the ship from sinking. Whatever the chain had going for it is completely gone. Used to be a solid place to take your kids for decent food. Silly hats, ice cream, pretend diner vibes. There's no reason for this restaurant to exist anymore.

After waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru line our food was cold. Looking in the window the kitchen floor was totally covered in food and garbage. The drive thru emplyee took our card for payment ran the card and walked away for over 5 minutes while we were literally looking at our food just sitting there.
