This place has been going down for awhile. It’s the closest Wendys to where I live but I rather drive a bit further to the Richmond road location.They were out of certain things on the menu, so I ordered a 10 piece meal, with a coke and a sour cream and chive potato.I pay and get handed my drink covered in coke on the outside, like dripping soaked.Get my food, quickly check looks alright.Get to work and had no sauces for my nuggets that I asked for and no butter or “sour cream” for the “sour cream and chive” potato.Had to eat dry food that is meant to be eaten with sauces. Sadly I’m at work and can’t go back to ask for sauces.And customer service is lacking. At the window the person didn’t speak a word to me, I said thank you every time they handed me something, yet they just seemed to not care.

The employees act like they hate their life, and don't want to be at work, extremely rude to customers. I waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes no one answered. So I decided to pull around to see if anyone was running the drive thru well someone was. She opens the window I asked if I could order my food she says no that I had to re pull around after already waiting for 20 minutes. So I decided to go inside instead of waiting in line again to order. I ordered a 4 for 4 and on the burger I asked for no cheese (my daughter can't have dairy ) that's when the employee who took my order says ugh, she never asked me if that was all, or what can I get you. All she kept saying was ugh So I will not be going back there.

This was the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my life. The employees were hateful & completely inconsiderate & unprofessional (one was even the manager) You couldn't pay me to go back to this location. The food was disgusting literally old, cold, and nasty ?? my 3 small children and I went inside and I ordered the food. 5 mins later we received the food and it was HORRID. The food Literally should have gone to the trash not to a human to eat that's how nasty the food was. It was not edible?. Then when I kindly asked them if we could get fresh food (that wasn't 3 days old) they got mad and took my food back. So out of spite made me and my 3 toddler kiddos wait for almost an hour to get our FAST FOOD made fresh. Once we finally got the "remade food" they handed us the same thing as the first time and tried to lie about it BUT I WATCHED THEM DO ALL OF THIS. They had us wait an hour just to turn around and give us what they did originally. The employees were so disrespectful and didn't care that my kiddos were starving. They were spiteful and inconsiderate. and I'd never go back here. I ended up throwing my almost $40 order away and took it all as a loss. Had to come home and cook dinner anyways and wasted time and money. This place should be shut down or put under new management.

I came across town to this location because it was as supposedly better. I went through drive thru- ordered- got my order. It was wrong. I turned around and went back. No biggie mistakes happen. Get my order and get home; wrong again. I was supposed to have two sides on honey butter; it was some sort of cheese sauce and the rest of the order was still wrong. I suppose I should have checked before I left. I called and the manager argued that she watched back line fill the honey butter cups. She did not apologize and then said she couldn’t hear me. I was so frustrated with the lack of apology and her insistence that I wasn’t being honest about honey butter that I went back to the store and took the “honey butter”. When I walked in the lady working drive thru went to tell the manager I was there- she didn’t come out. Woman from drive thru remade my order and wouldn’t even look at me. I was not yelling/cussing or rude. I was in fact so aggravated I was in tears. No apology. Somehow it was my fault they messed up my order and I wasted 45 minutes of my day. I’ve worked in restaurants; I know how difficult the work and people can be. I would never disrespect restaurant workers. I am so disappointed and will never be back to this location.

Went to this location on 02/04/24. Ordered a pretzel baconator with no cheese, and two jr. frostys. Left the location and opened my sandwich, it was a hamburger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, mustard and Ketchup. I wouldn't be so frustrated but they asked me at the speaker and at the window to verify the order and i did. The teenage boys working the drive thru seemed more interested in goofing off and making fun of people rather than doing their job. Highly disappointed in the service I received today.
