“If you are looking for a casual place to take your family on a Saturday morning, or show guests what the Fort Campbell area is about, look no further. They have phenomenal service and food arrives hot. the only problem is deciding what to have! Last week I requested strawberry pancakes with Nutella, and they brought out the Nutella in the cutest condiment cup that was more than plenty and threw in a side of bacon.“
“I came into the Waffle House on my last day here. I walked in and immediately was greeted by everyone with a good morning. Everyone was cheery, funny, and kind. I really loved the vibe and the way everyone treated each other. I have to specifically mention the knowledge and professionalism of the staff here. They are personable but not weird personable. I have found in certain places that the staff gets to comfortable with their customers. That was not the case here. The order was taken quickly and delivered in a timely manner. I appreciate the talent of this establishment.I had the $6 breakfast meal with coffee, and it didn't disappoint! The hashbrowns are so unique! I can't find hashbrowns that are good anywhere else in this area. I had a biscuit which was buttery and delightful! They grill one side of it, so it's fluffy yet has some crunch to it! The eggs are always well cooked and fluffy. The coffee is always nice and strong but not to strong! The atmosphere of this place is enjoyable. I will definitely come back to this one whenever I am in the area.“
“For fast food this place was unbelievably clean! WOW the employees were very nice and helpful. Seemed to be taking their job seriously and taking pride in their work and the clean establishment. my food was really good and fresh. I have never been big on Capt. D's- but this one location might be on my rotation of lunch places each week.“
“Went this morning for a birthday breakfast and it was great. Donna, our server was attentive, cheerful and great at her job. The food was excellent. The place has been renovated and is really really nice inside. We live in Clarksville and usually frequent our local Cracker Barrel for breakfast, but not anymore. This Denny's is our new breakfast place and well worth the short journey from Clarksville to Oak Grove, and far far better than Cracker Barrel. They also have delicious turkey bacon for those who don't eat pork, as Cracker Barrell quit serving turkey sausage patties, which were delicious so no alternative for those who don't eat pork. Will be visiting again soon.“
“Awesome experience all around. Beer was excellent and the food was tasty and fresh. Couldn’t ask for anything better from Blackhorse. We will be back.Vegetarian options: Vegan wife liked the veggie patty.Dietary restrictions: Vegan wife liked the veggie patty.“
“Granny's delivered the chicken fried steak of my dreams--tender & tasty. The mac & cheese was unbelievably creamy & cheesy, plus a little pepper to make it pop. I also had yams and the sweet, simple flavor was just right. The man whom I assume is the owner was kind, patient, and rightfully proud of his recipes. I tip my hat to you, sir! Definitely worth going out of your way to get this soul food!“
“Really nice place in downtown Clarksville. We sat at the bar. The bartenders were very attentive and did a nice job selling the beer. I sampled 6 different beers and surprisingly all 6 were good. The otis was a raisin stout which was quit smooth and not as heavy as most stouts. No zest for the wicked was also a good Mexican lager. We ate the nacho appetizer with grilled chicken. Followed by the chicken burrito bowl and the fish and chips. The food quality was good. We then went up the elevator to the upstairs area and played darts and drank a few more beers. Both floors are spacious and the restaurant is very well kept. Really nice place to eat and kick back.“
“Love to go on Thursday nights for half price appitzers and 2 for 1 drafts! The prime rib sandwich, sauted mushrooms, grilled chicken sandwich, twice baked potato are all AMAZING! Bar is great, nice bartenders, staff, and atmosphere!BEST place downtown!“
“First time in Kentucky and I wanted to try the fried chicken and ended up loving it. I’ve only eaten one chicken sandwich that was anywhere that good and it cost more for less sandwiche. Evan after all the places I ate at in Kentucky and Tennessee JP was still the best. I went there twice.“
