We've eaten here several times and while the food is very good, the service is only fair, in large part because the wait time between ordering and being served is much longer than it should be. Last night we waited well over an hour, after being seated and placing our order. The young waiter apologized profusely two or three times, Unfortunately, this was not a isolated incident, as it is like this all the time. I don't know if the restaurant lacks kitchen help or sufficient oven space, but we will only do delivery in the future.

The food good service is horrible . I had a meatball sub and wife had a small pizza ( eventually) my sub came out pretty quick while my wife’s pizza came out about 20 minutes later after several inquiries to the waiter as they just finally asked if we wanted it to go as I was obviously already finished my food. No excuse for such poor service as there wasn’t hardly any one in there. $50.00 what a joke this place is.

Well, this was the 2nd time we tried this restaurant. We were here is 2022 and the food was acceptable but the wait, and food expositing was sub par. It can happen. All restaurants have off days. So we were back in town today and because the vibe is kind of fun we decided to try it again.Big mistake.We received our text to be seated. We went to the desk and we're kind of ignored then I was direct and was told another 10-15 minutes.We already had 40 minutes invested in waiting - we should have taken it as a sign.Our server was polite.But, once again the food expediting was horrible. We had no silverware when food was served. We had to find our own ketchup. One member of the party got her burger than 20 minutes later got her tots. Over an hour from the first member of the party to the last to get their food. My husband's sandwich was a hoagie roll that was basically grilled onions and peppers and hardly any sausage.There were 7 of us. 2 checks. We were offered a single $10 off coupon for our next visit and no charge for the late, cold tots.I said how about $10 off each bill now. Which was more than a generous request on my part since both bills were $80+.We never complain about food prices. We have no issues paying for good food and service. However, we won't waste our time and money ever again.

It took about 2 hours just to get the food there was bairly any one there the food sucked it was so expensive while some places are better and the experience was better and the price is I'd rather eat outt of the trash then there there is just so much bad stuff about

It was me and two kids,they automatically set us by the bar. It was uncomfortable and loud. We waited an hr for our food. The bartender was our server so we only saw her to order and when the food was ready.. its also very expensive,i bought a burger,2 small pizzas and a medium pizza ,3 drinks and it cost $65. Not worth

This was our first time eating at Mellow Mushroom and let me tell you I was not disappointed!! Food was amazing hands down best pizza I've ever had. Service was great, prices are great, and if you love beer they have a lot to choose from. Can't wait to dine here

They took 11 mins to notice us, but it's where my son wanted to go for our outing so I waited .. they sat us in the bar area though I asked not to be, they sat us beside a dirty table ... And when my son lost his ring in the booth the waitress wouldn't get us anyone to help figure out how to get it because the wooden part doesn't move but surely something could had been done it's a 400 dollar ring !!!I am still livid and no one's called me over it though I left my number.
