Went to pick up an order for me and a co-worker, when I ordered I told them it was a separate order from the other. Went to pick it up and they placed both sushi’s in the same box mind you one sushi had shrimp and I have an allergy to shrimp. So I asked the guy at the window if we could fix this and he went and got the manager which was rude as crap. This was my “last chance” with wasabi. Ordered lunch: hibachi steak with extra rice instead of veggie (rice had always been consistent). Got the food super quick. Steak was over cooked and bland. Onions were freezer burnt. The rice wasn’t even prepared for the plate all the way, it had only been boiled. Talked to the waitress about how awful the rice was.
