What do you get when Applebee's and Cracker Barrel collide? You get Windy Hollow Restaurant. At least as far as the decor is concerned; the food is in a league all of it's own. This is country cooking at it's finest. The baked apples had the perfect balance of cinnamon and sugar and quite literally melted in my mouth. The sausage patties were fork tender and flavorful. Some of the best breakfast I've ever had. I was blown away. This is a buffet, but I've never had a buffet that was this amazing. My grandma and family all raced at windy hollow dragway, and somehow, I never had eaten here till last Sunday. I will be back.

This is our Sunday morning go to place Romp weekend...The food is amazing, the atmosphere is fantastic and the staff is absolutely incredible. It wouldn't be a complete Romp weekend without Sunday breakfast at Windy Hollow!!!
