This place is amazing ? It’s so cozy inside, there’s even a sofa and fireplace! ?My sub was made-to order and wrapped so well and they wrote what was actually in it not just a number. Very friendly staff. I’m from out of state, so I don’t know if/when I’ll be back in the area, but I’d definitely eat here again (especially if they were doing the in-app deals)

My family and I stopped at the subway on Jackson but when we walked in 3 ladies were in the back having a screaming match. We stood there about 3 minutes but no one came out they just kept screaming at each other. We walked out and came to this Subway (Lone Oak Rd) They we very professional and our sandwiches were very good.
Can’t follow simple requests. I asked for extra sauce on my Italian BMT bowl and I requested it be put on the side. However that must have been too difficult of a task for them because my bowl is swimming in sauce.

We walk in, the place is empty, there's two employees, one's behind the counter but completely ignores us. The other one is at the door on her phone cussing at someone, she also acts like we don't exist. We stand there for several minutes and eventually she comes over but the goes and waits on the two cars in the drive thru that showed up after we did. So after the two employees mumble incoherent babble at each other still ignoring us, we left. Don't waste your time. Go across the street to the Backyard Burger. They get 5⭐s

Subway was amazing all the way around the week after I get to see my beautiful mom see her 1st great grand daughter where 4 generation of blood gathered for this beautiful holiday. The next week it was grab a couple ft longs for din that eve and lunch the next and didnt know the bread of choice and 3 calls home reveals she will have my fav so I set my fone down and chose toppings as an elderly couple of mid to late 80s from Champaigne, IL come in behind me and start their order where it is discovered they are headed to Atlanta area to meet their 1st great grandson and the man accidently scoops up my fone and stuffs it in his wifes purse. After a meal at home and searching for my unit till after 1230 AM and finding the app find my fone says it is 25 miles away so the app is inop and lets get a nap and check the next day. The next day my fone is found at a hotel in Calvert city by the subway mgr and the ky state police are having lunch at subway telling me to file a report so the can "serve justice" which I refuse to do to the couple that had the same look on their face my mom shared for the entire week of Christmas. Thanks subway!!! My fone was recovered and the app does work!!!
