So I rarely drive by Insomnia Cookies. only when Im working late 12am-1am(Im normally off work 4pmish) Anyways , when I do, I slow down a little & read the purple neon "Insomnia Cookies" sign out loud just to myself- for myself "Insomnia Cookiessssss.... These wonderful people are so amazing and very humble and kind. The place was very clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone that I know. Such a great staff..Parking: 3 or 4 parking spots. Downtown Richmond, KY close to Madison Bat and Grill

My experience tonight was amazing, the lady who helped my family and I gave us one of the best customer service experiences I have ever encountered! She was such a sweet heart and was so helpful! It is people like her who make the experience all worth it !
