Count your nuggets before you leave. I've been shorted on a ten piece twice with 8 nuggets probably because they didn't have enough ready or because they can't count to ten. Second time was on me. 8 nuggets for almost 6 dollars. Please. Go to the other one in Richmond.

Staff is typically rude. Any time I’ve came past 11pm they say “the systems are down. We can’t take orders”. This has happened at least 4 times. Why be open 24 hours if “the systems are down” every day after normal hours.

Genuinely upset with this place, I don’t get off work until midnight and i come here to get a cheap meal. Every single time I’ve come here there’s a rude woman at the window telling me that the systems are down for an hour. But I look in the window and no one is trying to fix them they’re just sitting on their phones not doing anything. What’s the deal? Not only that but I placed a mobile order there and the same rude lady told me that I’ll get a refund. Never happened. This place needs to get it under control.

Every time I go to this store my order is wrong or missing something On Feb. 14 2024. I ordered 4 cheeseburgers,1 Dlc McCrispy, 2 M Fry's, 2 M Dr Pepper's Take out # 202 @7:47 pm. Got home only had 1 Dlc McCrispy, 2 cheeseburgers 2 med fry's and 2 medium Dr Pepper's. Every time I go to this store they screw something up. Thank you for listening to my complaint

For some reason asking for extra onion doesn't work anymore. Extra onions on a McDouble ends up as about 5 or 6 of the nearly microscopic hydrogenated onion slivers, just enough to kind of see them. I know it's a free add on, but I would gladly pay in order to actually get extra.
