The amount and quality of food for the price at times isn't worth it. Scrimping on turkey on a sandwich and runny broccoli cheddar soup were issues at our most recent trip.

The food was good but I didn't get what I ordered and unfortunately I did not check my order before I left . I called and they were going to send me a gift card but I still have not received it. A little further than what I wanted to drive back there.

Nice little place to grab something to eat. The drinks and food were great. I highly recommend this place If you are looking for a cafe atmosphere.
My husband’s breakfast sandwich was cold, I asked for an artichoke spinach soufflé and got a bacon soufflé. Staff seemed annoyed when I asked for correct soufflé. Just semi tossed it on the serving counter without telling me it was there. Wouldn’t have known if it wasn’t for the plate hitting the counter so hard.

Don't order takeout or DoorDash from Panera, Richmond, KY. My order was not as advertised. Sandwich was on the wrong type of bread, salad had no croutons or fresh black pepper, baguette was not airy and stale. Horrible experience, long time fan but marking this off the list. Would give zero stars in every category if it was an option.

They had no avocado for the Avocado Egg White Spinach & cheese sandwich. Otherwise the sandwich was good as was the coffee. My first breakfast experience

I ate a broccoli cheddar soup yesterday and got food poisoning. The bread was rock hard as well. Spent all night throwing up after eating food from this place. Never coming back.

The charged lemonades are so good! The bear claw and bagles, amazing. And the green goddess chicken baguette is wonderful. The coffee is always good.

My experience overall had been good besides the last 2 visits. This is not towards any of the staff other than the young lady managing tonight. This is the second time in the last week that they have been out of avocado which I understand can happen although not sure why every store I go to is stocked full of avocados... they may want to order more if they're running out that often. This evening when I ordered my Sandwich they stated that they were out of avocado and asked if I was okay with that... I said not really, but if they could at least discount the Sandwich I would appreciate it. The lady at the register then turned around and asked her manager, a young lady (didn't get her name). The manager just shook her head "no we can't.."I know it seems petty, but it's the principle, especially when avocado is typically an extra charge when you add it to anything.The fact that she just said no, clearly shows she just didn't want to deal with it... not happy with the management at this location.. I hope they clean their act up at this location.
