I had a horrible experience and was basically verbally accosted by the manager this is after hearing him talk so condescendingly to his employees that it made me sick. No one should allow someone with this attitude power over another human being. I will not be frequenting this establishment going forward and will advise anyone I know to avoid the restaurant.

The people was nice but the food was horrible I went there yesterday with my mom and the cheese bread was thin as paper hard could barley chew it was burnt looked like it was leftover from previous day and reheated up the pizza was horrible too and it was not worth no 21 bucks for what little i did eat they need to fix this issue or shut down ?

Great food. Great customer service. Love the guy manager. Always nice and funny. Favorite is the calzone.
I was asked to hold ( which is not a problem I'm a patient person) but rudely which also ok considering everyone has bad and stressful days but leaving me on hold for what seemed like forever. I wasn't cool with that and ordered somewhere else. I may try again soon not super sure yet. But for now one

Arrived at the Russell location. Got the buffet. Had the final 4 slices which emptied the cheese pizza pan and the 2 on the pepperoni pizza these slices were delicious. We were never checked on for refills or if we needed anything additional. I had to go to them to ask for refills for myself and my wife and they did not put ANY additional pizza while we were there. The pans stayed empty on the buffet and this was 1:30-2:00 pm. I did not eat any of the other pizza due to It was a supreme a sausage that was over done and cheese sticks. All and all very disappointed with the experience.

Truly disappointed by the experience at this particular Giovanni’s. On their door (and online) they claim to be open until 11p on Friday nights. I attempted to call in an order at 8p, and no one answered. Drove there to give the order in person, and they had closed the dining room early and would not take my order for take out. I can understand closing a little early when business is slow, but closing 2 1/2 hours early on a Friday in June (sunset isn’t until after 9p) is absolutely absurd. The workers were mopping floors, cleaning tables, and disposing of leftover buffet food.To be clear, this review is only aimed at this location. Genuinely hoping this experience was an exception and not the norm.
