Bathroom smelled like actual poop with poop all over the toilet and lid. we weren’t greeted when we walked in. Waited probably 15mim before anyone acknowledged us and took the guys order in front of us. All the food was cold. They were totally out of mayo. Worst Arby’s I’ve been to by far.

stale, burned brisket meat with not enough placed on the sandwich. Drink cup filled up only 2/3rds of the way.for $13 #4 just go to sit down restaurant with a waiter.

This last time I visited at this location the service was pretty slow and nobody was in front of or behind me. They were l due to be open for 1.5 hours longer when I had placed my order at the drive thru and as i pllef away front the speaker i heard the worker say at least u didnt clean up the slicer yet, in a tone that made me feel luke my irdee was an inconvenience to have to make. After getting home I passed the food to everyone and I looked at my 1/2 lb sandwich and it was smaller than usual, the same size as a regular sandwich when I compared the two and it didn't have the sauce on it that's suppose to be on it (beef & cheddar)and very little cheese, unfortunately this made my meal not as enjoyable as it usually was. Normally I have no complaints, it's my favorite fast food place. Everyone knows how expensive it is to eat at Arby's so I'm sure everyone understands where I'm coming from when I say I spent over $60 for 7 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries so I expected my order to be correct, (keep in mind I didn't even order a coke because I don't like the taste of theirs) that's a lot of money to me.After I paid I then asked for ketchup and Arby's sauce and once my food was being handed out the window, I asked very politely if they remembered the ketchup and the lady continues to hand the bag to me and says no but i put everything in there have a nice night and closed the window and walked away. I won't say on here what went through my mind at that moment but anyway I don't know when I will go back here again, I feel like I wasted my money this time and I don't have enough to chance wasting any more here. If it weren't for the fact my family was so hungry by the time I got home with the order, I would've took it back and asked for my money back.
I got two meals here for me and my mom and they were both good! We got the #1 with curly fries for both meals. And a side of jalapeño papers which were amazing!

Our drive thru experience was horrible.Waited 11 minutes at intercom just to order, then another 10 at window.Service was rude and didn't want to be bothered.Food was cold and poorly made.

In my last three visits, we did not receive fresh fries.
Food was fantastic. Service was great. The place was clean. Had a great experience there. However, I am now broke. Why is everything so expensive? I can't afford to go back anytime soon.

Funny I was here a week ago and asked for my sandwich to be shaved thin. They were happy to do it. Today, I asked the same thing, the young man told me that the meat came pre-shaved. I know that's not true and It tasted like it had been microwaved. I've always seen them shave the meat as the sandwiches are ordered. I guess they only do it when the manager is here. Won't be back. I'll go to Okolona's Arby's from now on, even though they're 15 minutes out of our way. Never have a problem with them. They always shave my meat thin.

Service was pretty slow with only 2 cars (almost 5 minutes sitting at the window) and getting cold fries, it seems like if you make people wait for extended periods you can drop fresh fries instead of giving them the ones that had been sitting
