We stopped in after a day of wine tasting in Bullitt County. I had the chicken tender dinner with onion rings and broccoli. The tenders were tough, but the sides were good. The wife and our friend had some burgers and they enjoyed them. Unfortunately, due to lack of help, they were a tad slow in getting our food and our check to us. They were friendly, though.
Had lunch with my son late in the morning. Was hoping for the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, there was no buffet to be had. Ordered the super big boy with onion rings and Cole slaw. Burger was amazing per expectations and Cole Slaw was delicious. The onion rings, on the other hand, tasted burnt, I assume the oil in which they were fried in was old and used up. Good burger and fries. Tasty, but nothing fancy. It's very much like Shoneys. They had a late breakfast buffet and were not yet serving the salad bar at 12 noon on a Saturday. The server was very nice. I would go back if I was local but probably not out of my way. Burger, fries and a Coke will run you about $15 bucks out the door.
