When we went in, a little blond seated us. The same little blond brought our drinks and took our order. While waiting for our food, we watched her seat other people (including party of 8), bus tables, sweep the floor, carry drinks and food to tables, check people out AND gave them a cup to go. All the while, being very polite! If I owned a business in this area, I would certainly grab her—-. We had fish basket and chicken tender basket—-very mediocre. The restrooms where extremely smelly and the whole restaurant was just in great need of a deep cleaning. I don’t think salt and pepper shakers had ever been put into hot soapy water.

Waitress seemed inconvenienced from our setting. Ordered tea with no lemon, brought tea with lemon, said wasn't supposed to have lemon, and she huffed as she removed from the table. Ordered Big boy with no pickles and onion rings. Sorry no onion rings. When sandwiches arrived the burger edges were burnt and there was barely any tarter sauce, so very dry. Waitress didn't check on us nor deliver the check. Hate that my last Big Boy left such a horrible taste in my mouth, use to be one of the Best around. Understandable why they all closed in Louisville.

The only thing worth eating in my order was the hot fudge sundae. I got the fish with onion rings and coleslaw. I've had better fish and onion rings out of the frozen food section from the grocery. And the coleslaw at $3.49 was a 1/2 cup of cabbage with a drizzle of vinegar and flavorless mayo. Even the tater sauce from the packets didn't taste like it should. I'm chalking it up as a $25 hot fudge sundae. That's the ONLY reason I'll ever go there again.

Eh, food sucked. I didn't get the breakfast buffet but my whole family did and guess what! They're all sick! Vomiting all day for 2 days! They don't sanitize the breakfast bar after at least a couple families receive their meals from the bar it's just not sanitary. I personally got the breakfast burrito from the menu and I much rather have the McDonald's breakfast burritos. So if you decided to go here and eat just order from the menu! The staff was pleasant. We did not have a problem there but they should change up the breakfast bar!

Good burger and fries. Tasty, but nothing fancy. It's very much like Shoneys. They had a late breakfast buffet and were not yet serving the salad bar at 12 noon on a Saturday. The server was very nice. I would go back if I was local but probably not out of my way. Burger, fries and a Coke will run you about $15 bucks out the door.

Dont stop here. We stopped to grab food to go. Waited 15 mins for them to make it. The hamburger wasnt very good, the fries were cold and the bathrooms filthy. The women's bathroom smelled awful. We will make a note to never stop here again.

We stopped in after a day of wine tasting in Bullitt County. I had the chicken tender dinner with onion rings and broccoli. The tenders were tough, but the sides were good. The wife and our friend had some burgers and they enjoyed them. Unfortunately, due to lack of help, they were a tad slow in getting our food and our check to us. They were friendly, though.

Had lunch with my son late in the morning. Was hoping for the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, there was no buffet to be had. Ordered the super big boy with onion rings and Cole slaw. Burger was amazing per expectations and Cole Slaw was delicious. The onion rings, on the other hand, tasted burnt, I assume the oil in which they were fried in was old and used up. Son ordered breakfast, and it was just what the doctor ordered. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. The lady at the register, on the other hand, was short and clearly upset with how her day was going. I was like sorry for walking up to register to pay. It's a little expensive for what we got, but that is the world we live in. Hope next time we return, we can got some of that buffet.

Good food choices and prices. Only one manager, waitress and cook on staff during my visit. Slow service due to number of patrons and few staff. Staff were friendly and helpful but overwhelmed. Restaurant was very dirty throughout (looked like a food fight had taken place).

I love Frisch's. I've never been to this one until today. Thomas was super patient and very friendly. The manager Chris was so gracious to take care of me when I was having a hard day. Thank you guys so much for being so kind to me. Food was also fantastic as always.

The food was excellent! It came out in a timely manner and was hot.I felt bad for the waitress. She was a very nice lady! Not only was she the waitress for the ENTIRE restaurant, she was also the hostess, bus"boy", cashier, and (it appeared) preparer of some food orders! How she remained so calm, I have no idea! God bless her! She DEFINITELY deserves a HUGE raise!

Very slow service. Don't order the cheesesteak. The worst I've had in a long time. Only 7 tables. It took long enough to get seated that the people behind in lime all left.

This location is the sorriest I have ever dealt with when it comes to dining out. Walk in and wait ten minutes did not get seated. Voiced concerns and was told we are busy. When you ask to speak to the manager she can’t do her job because the little girl in the drive thru won’t let her. She kept talking for her and when I insisted they find me a number she calls someone on her cell phone then when I tell her to call that manager on the business phone to let me speak to her she said I’m not allowed. She then says the manager got fired and we don’t have one. Then she starts running her mouth to the employees in the back. Very very sad location. I did call this in so we shall see if the company cares. In my opinion they both need to be fired for the way they treat the customers.
