I waited for over a week before I placed this review because I was mad. I went through the drive-through and ordered the 12 piece chicken dinner original. My two sides were mashed potatoes and gravy and mac & cheese. Sadly, I did not check my order until I got home and I only had eight pieces of chicken (4 Drumsticks 4 Thighs). Should’ve been 12 pieces of chicken. I only received two biscuits and instead of mac & cheese, there was corn. I never got the mashed potatoes but they did give me the gravy. I have been eating at this KFC since January 1990. This is the worst screwup of any order I have ever had. Yes, I tried calling numerous times and they never picked up the phone. You have lost my business.

Purchased $50 in food and nothing was right. Ordered new 10 piece combos, got 8 nuggets and no fries with both. Nuggets were cold and WAY over cooked. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was plain chicken with a spicy soaked bun. Waste of time and money. Go anywhere else in the city. All you I-65 Travelers beware!!

There food is overcooked and the last time I ordered from them they gave me a really spicy sandwich and I am Alergic to hot peppers and sauce. I tried to call the manager and without ever talking to me they kept hanging the phone up on my calls, repeatedly.
The lady is very snobby has very bad attitude I wish I had her name but she is management. Bad

Burn After reading
I know KFCs are very hit or miss. This one has some of the hardest working ladies in the business. When we visited this location it was ran by 3 women. All moving fast and with purpose. The food was hot and cooked well. The lobby was clean. The restrooms were very clean. Probably the only location I would go to in the area. Keep up the good work ladies and sorry I didn't get your names

We stopped going to KFC years ago, because they stop serving livers. But today we got hit with a craving for KFC, and we can’t get the idiots at the shepardsville ky location on the phone to find out what is available today or if they’re out of certain ingredients, or if they have a Buffay or not? Is answering phones not a part of the job anymore? And if not, why do you even have a phone number?
My husband and I are traveling when we hopped off the interstate to eat at this location. We decided to dine in and took advantage of the bathroom due to store was clean. Our food was packed to go which made for awkward eating out of the box. My husband and I both ordered the two piece dinners and I requested fries as a side which they were cold to the touch and just tasted old I went up to counter and asked if it was to much trouble to get some hot fries. The cashier offered me the same fries which mine came out of I explained that these were not good and was even cold to the touch. We came in at 7pm he did offer me a different side which I replied no. Fries got dumped into trash side note our chicken was good and was hot but basically paid for a meal to eat one piece of chicken. KFC you can do better
Absolutely worst chicken tenders I’ve ever eaten. Taste like chicken tenders from a gas station. I’ll never eat hear again under and circumstances. KFC in general is trash. I think I’m done with all of them to be honest. Save you money and time and don’t eat here. I threw have my food away.
