I ordered carryout from this location and it looked like they just threw my sandwiches in the bag. The wrappers were all falling off and loose. Also barely any toppings on sandwiches.

They have made a bunch of improvements to the building. Staff was friendly kinda . Sandwiches seem smaller an needs more meat but it was good. Will return sometime.

Food was great-tasting and fresh, the ambiance was well, clean but, I mean, it's a truck stop so...however, the service was deplorable. The woman (not a young adult-aged woman) making the sandwiches very snarly remarked that they 'Don't do that! Didn't you see the sign?!' when presented with our coupon and became extremely agitated with everything we ordered. Short-tempered to put it mildly. We won't be returning and it's a shame because there are very few food places that are good in Shepherdsville. This one was spot-on with the food but this woman was no one to be around on your lunch break.
