always let EMS firefighters law enforcement military even if they are about to close .I love this place but will never eat there again
1st & last time I will visit this location. Not one friendly employee, to the point of being rude. Witnessed one employee physically push another employee away when trying to pass on a customer's complaint. The men's restroom was filthy and looked as if it had been days since it was last cleaned (& it was only noon at the time of our visit). We asked to see the manager. We watched as the message was passed on to someone we assumed was the manager. We waited another 15 minutes...read full review
Went thru drive thru today at 12:30. Ordered cod dinner with onion rings not fries. Got home and the bag had a cod sandwich in a very mushy wet bun. No slaw. Fish was good off the bun but not what I ordered. My total was $11.99 and I got no drink. My first visit ever. Maybe my last

Culver's offers a range of food, including burgers, cheese curds, and frozen custard. The custard and cheese curds have been noted as tasty and fresh, with many customers praising the Atlantic cod and deep-fried cheese curds for their incredible taste. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, with some noting that it looks exactly like the picture on the menu. The location is convenient, right off the highway and next to an outlet mall, providing plenty of seating even when the parking lot is full. Some customers appreciate the option to order at the table, which is quite convenient.
However, there have been concerns about overcooking and lack of seasoning in the burgers. The price has been criticized as being high, with a meal for two costing around $40. The drive-thru service has been described as slow, leading to long wait times and issues with food being ready when customers receive it. There have been reports of missing items like napkins or straws, highlighting that it’s the little things that make a difference. Customer service has also faced criticism, with reports of poor communication and a lack of apology for mistakes. Despite these issues, many customers have reported positive experiences, highlighting fresh and high-quality food, friendly staff, and a clean, well-kept location with a relaxed atmosphere. The ButterBurger and crinkle-cut fries are recommended, and the frozen custard, especially the flavor of the day, is a must-try.
