“Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!”

“My son is 5, but he’s practically been eating skyline since he could stomach solids! Every celebration or even a special “lunch/dinner date” HAS to be skyline! We get our skyline from Kroger too and he has it about 4-5 times a week at home! He even says he wants to work at skyline when he’s older! He is truly skyline’s biggest fan! 📣📣”

“I ordered a bunch of happy meals for my class today. I ordered through the mobile ap and when I went to the restaurant the order was no where to be seen. The staff put the order together for me promptly and I was out the door quickly. They also refunded the whole order without me complaining. The kids ate every piece of food and were happy! Thanks for fixing an issue appropriately!”

“My mother and I had lunch at the Taylor Mill KFC around 11am Tuesday afternoon and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. I ordered a kids meal, 2 tenders and mashed potatoes with gravy. I also ordered a mountain dew and biscuit. Everything was so so good, even the soda was great. It's hard to go out to eat without something being done wrong but this experience was the best! My mom even remarked her potatoes and mac and cheese were excellent also. Seems like I'm making a big fuss but OMG it was awesome. It made our day ❤️ I loved the little pack of bbq sauce! Was my first time trying it.
The 2 ladies who waited on me and handed me the food were awesome! Kind and respectful. Gave me another bbq sauce!! I don't know their names but was a ray of sunshine since we had just come from visiting the cemetery. Thank you so much ladies! We will definitely be back soon”

They were amazing from the service to the food and they were very accommodating to all of our requests! Trish and Matt did an amazing job with service and then everyone kept going on about the food! “We had dinner at the downtown location this evening to celebrate my son’s graduation from the military, and leaving to report to his first assignment. From the time we were seated, to the time we left, several staff members came over to shake his hand and thank him for his service, even the General Manager. We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special. “A hidden gem on Garfield Place . We decided to throw out the Hyde park restaurants and try something new . The Mezze Board was fantastic with all of the Mediterranean dips and veggies , The Shrimp Cossoult is to die for . The braised lamb /risotta/feta explodes with every bite. The best of all is that it was our first time dining and and I felt like family with the service from Nimo and Bryce , Coming back next week for the Swordfish . 6 stars !!!!!”

“We were visiting from Buffalo and my wife had read about the distillery in whiskey advocate so we wanted to take a tour . We really really enjoyed it . Carus - I hope I spelled his name correctly gave us the tour and it was very informative and fun getting the chance to talk to him and ask as many questions as we wanted. It’s a neat little distillery with excellent products , a cool backstory and a nice bar area for excellent cocktails . Definitely worth stopping in to support them - your new friends and fans from the Buffalo area- rob, sue and Tim 😊”
