Every single time I order sandwiches they never make it the way I order it. I'll ask for extra things and they won't do extra. Why even have it as an option in online ordering if they won't actually make it like you asked? I ordered today and asked payed for avocado and got all the way home before noticing they didn't out any avocado on it and of course didn't do extra of anything. I give up with subway. I'd rather go pay extra somewhere else who will actually make the sandwich the way you order it.

My teenager loves Subway and even though I live in another city close by with it's own Subway, I always go to this location. Their sandwiches are always delicious, the staff is always very friendly, and I never have to worry about missing toppings.

I eat subway at least once a month.Tried this location for the first time early in April. Ordered two foot long subs, normal toppings like lettuce tomato etc and extra mayo.Could barely see the toppings at all, even the lettuce! And barely any mayo at all. We added mayo at home but otherwise a pretty dismal sub for each of us.I give almost all 5 star reviews, but I just couldn't go above a 3 star here - putting normal amounts toppings on subs is like 90% of what they need to do to run a Subway. Big fail.

Ordered a pro meatball marinara with extra cheese. Meatballs were not balls, more like ground beef, tasted like a bland meatloaf. Bun wasn't toasted. Didn't add the peppercorn ranch. Was assembled so sloppily that it was held together by paper.Worst sub I've ever gotten. My normal subway in Milford is on point 90% of the time, and don't ruin someone's meal because it's close to closing time. Customer service should be 100% until the doors close, no excuses.

So this is subway okay it's not what I would call a "5 star restaurant" but it's a 5 star subway for sure. Clean, quick, always have food in stock, have the variety of foods they should have, the proper amount of food is placed on the sub. It's a good subway!
