The only thing good I can say about this place is that My food is atleast warm. They have a hard time getting my order right and it's pretty simple. I keep paying for extra for sour cream but they forget to put it on there.The place is absolutely disgusting. An honestly it's pretty trashy. The service and atmosphere.An when I see a place bad like this I can't help but wonder what management is like. To hire on unappealing people. From the looks of it its like the only question they ask at the interview is "are you a drug addict? Good, your hired" definitely not a good look. The place is dirty. So management obviously doesn't care about cleanliness of the store. The trash cans are always full, even if there's no one in the store or drive thru. Dont even get me started on the area where the pop machine is. Obviously hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. The doors have the same filth as yesterday which means they don't clean. I'm honestly surprised I came back. But you never know sometimes businesses have bad days. Not this one. Everyday is a bad day for them I guess.They don't have good use of their time.There is only one nice person on staff an hopefully you don't do anything to make her mad because she can be rude pretty fast. She yells out orders no one can understand and then gets mad If you can't understand her. Like girl put some teeth in your mouth and pronunciate.Managing partner Crystal mangid needs to step it up because her place is nasty and embarrassing. I wouldn't put my name on the front door anymore If I was you. I mean unless your actually proud of this.

TERRIBLE!! Ordered to dine in,waited 20 minutes, and Went ask about order , was told it had been sent out already. I was the only one in dining area waiting, doordash arrived and they told the driver the order had been sent out. Something wrong with this place .

Stopped in to get food my order was completely incorrect, when I asked for a refund was told they don’t. The young man taking order completely ignored everything I requested. It wasn’t even complicated no lettuce, no tomatoes on anything instead of DLT requested a soft taco was then charged for the soft taco. YALL NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF OR GET NEW ONES!!!

One of the filthiest fast food places I've seen in a long time. Everything inside their dinning room was DISGUSTING. management/owner clearly do not take pride in providing a safe clean environment. Currently the place is completely dead and teenagers standing around instead of taking the downtime to clean and make it a place that you would want to come to. Gross. Drink station, napkin holder, all the tables, the floors, the walls, the windows, the front door, the countertops, high chairs, payment device, everything DISGUSTING. No pride. If you can't depend on the employees to do it then hire a cleaning crew.

We ordered a Mexican pizza with no beef, the lady reconfirmed at the window that we requested no beef, "yes, no beef. No cow. We want a vegetarian Mexican pizza". We must've told her a vegetarian Mexican pizza five different ways. Low and behold we get home and it's an all-beef Mexican pizza with no veggies. The chicken we ordered tasted dry and like they're using old oil. The mac and cheese tasted sour. The mashed potatoes weren't much better and also sour. A total waste of $27, but they conveniently don't provide refunds. The service here sucks so hard and they don't seem to care. Go literally anywhere else.Vegetarian options: We tried to order vegetarian Mexican pizza but instead received an all-beef Mexican pizza.
Drive thru takes an hour. The staff are incompetent. The food sucks. Just close this place.
