Received the smoked wings and they overdone and were black and burnt to a crisp. Why they would have served them is beyond me. Not spending my money there anymore. The previous few visits have had issues with the food quality as well.

Always enjoy eating in or taking to go. The sweet Thai chili sauce is ?! We got 2 of the large combo orders for a Super Bowl party and everyone loved every bit of food we brought from here.

Had a large carry out order that included 2 salads. Both salads were inedible. Took them back and manager agreed they shouldn't have been served. When I asked for reimbursement on my credit card, she refused. Manager said it had been 2 hrs since I ordered so would only give me 2 salads. If a product is not edible, I should be reimbursed. I won't be going back there.

20yrs ago Campbell county's was a little hole in the wall with local owners. Now it's gone many locations. It had upgraded from a family diner to a sports bar/grill! But food still delicious ?

So disappointed with the wings. Some are almost nonexistent.Lots of small flies in the men's bathroom, flying all over the place while using the urinal....super
Thought we'd try W&R for a first visit. We had a lengthy delay at the hostess station when arriving. There were four employees at the station and no one knew what they were doing. After finally being seated, it was 5 minutes before our waiter returned. We ordered two cocktails from the menu and waited another 10 minutes before they were delivered. Neither cocktail was correct and then we were told that the bartender was new. After waiting another 10 minutes on new drinks, we finally left the restaurant and informed the waiter to cancel our order. Never saw a manager and there were plenty of people coming in waiting to be seated. It's no fault of the waiter who was friendly and apologetic, it all came down to very poor management. We will not return to this restaurant. I'm not sure how they'll stay open if they're this poorly managed. Ownership and management need to take a close look at training procedures and get it right. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.

Waited 25 mins waiter said be right with us, waited on others as well as doing hostess. We understand short staff but come on not even our drinks. Manager was no where and the person bringing out food had long hair not put up. This is the Union, Ky location.

Stood in line for 10 minutes right in front of host and hostess, neither said hello or that they would help us shortly. The host seemed to be trying to resolve an issue, the hostess looked at us and turned the other direction.
