I ordered a pizza and 3 sandwiches online. The tracker showed it would be here in about 11 minutes, it was an hour and a half before it was delivered. When I called to check on the status I was told they only had one driver. However, they didn't wait for driver availability before cooking the order so all the food was cold by the time it got here. Not only that, but the pizza had the wrong toppings. The only thing the store would do was give store credit for another pizza - no offer of partial refund, no refund on the tip.The app should be able to alert that deliveries are delayed, not give false information on delivery time - makes the entire tracker app useless.

Absolutely terrible customer service and management. Ordered 2 pizzas was told 15 minutes, showed up 20 minutes later and paid and pizza wasn't ready so I sat down for additional 15 minutes then asked about my order and manager told me he was about ready to start making it. I told him never mind just go ahead and refund my money and he seemed like he was more concerned about the college football game on their television and losing a customer.

We made a mistake and placed a large pickup order for 7/30 instead of 7/29. This crew put together 16 medium pizzas in less than 20min, I didn’t even have time to finish my podcast. Amazing work!

I ordered an extravaganza carside. It was brought to me with only onions and pepperoni. I took back inside to the rude grey haired lady who acted like it was my fault she made my pizza wrong and was doing me a favor making a new one. I asked about compensation for having to wait on a correct pizza. Again she was rude. I will be calling Monday morning
I’ve never had an order 100% correct, I’ve never had any issues fixed, twice I’ve been told the manager would call me back, never happened, one time, they said they would re send my order, 60 mins before closing, after 30 mins, nothing, called them, they said it’s leaving now… it never showed up, tried calling, no answer as they were “closed” found out a few days later, it was on my neighbors doorstep, they were away so didn’t get it until they came back. Yes we occasionally still order from them, in hopes that one day… maybe…. We’ll all get the right food we ordered. We call it domino roulette. You never know what you’ll get.

Will ABSOLUTELY NEVER come to this location again! After being told 15 minutes on the phone I waited 10 minutes in my car then over 20 minutes in store. It was 2 large cheese pizzas and there is no way it should have taken that long. Would have rather had an oven pizza that would have been done quicker than wait for this. Not worth it.

I’ve never seen a quicker pizza made. I’ve never had an order take more than 15 minutes. They gave me the wrong pizza once and it was easily fixed. They’ve forgotten garlic sauce as well but made up for it another time. Everyone I’ve talked to has been super.

Well ordered at 3:14 it's now 4:21 said driver was on his way at 3:40 and still not here food by now is probably going to be cold 4:30 now still not here called the store she said he had 3 other orders well we live 5 minutes away so ours should have been dropped off first
